Short Description / Purpose of Job

He/ She owns the entire document control process from document reception, file, maintenance and provide when it is required

He/ She responsible for the document store first-line maintenance, follow up all necessary action to ensure the building/ room is complying to the standard

To coordinate and manage all site documentation and technical information throughout the respective life cycle.

Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities

Perform documents registration (details of the document are entered into a register and a unique correspondence number is created or recorded)

Perform filing hardcopies or soft copies onto electronic document management system

Perform document tracking (signing out) and follow up

Ensure the entire MOCA (Management of Change Administration) is followed

Ensure best practice and of document storage (hardcopies and softcopies) are in conformity with standard

Support/ coach the stakeholder on document storage

Take ownership drive improvement project and support the organization to comply on safe keeping of documentation

Always strive to adopt best efficient system and document accessibility  

Formal Education

High national technical in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrument / Grade 12 (Maths and Science)

diploma similar

Min Experience

3+ years in production or processing in Chemical Industry/ Aluminium/ extractive/ mining/ metallurgy or related fields.
